The present invention relates to a screen assembly and, more particularly, to a screen assembly which is used for example in a plant having a process for manufacturing a circuit substrate and in which a metallic contact is inserted into the through holes of the screen assembly.
2. Description of the Prior Art
In general, for example, in a plant which is used for example in the manufacturing of circuit substrates for computers, mobile phones or liquid crystal displays, a process in which a circuit substrate is produced by attaching a copper foil to a supporting substrate such as a resin-made or metal-made circuit substrate is repeatedly carried out. In such a process, when the screen assembly is used for example in the steps of attaching the copper foil to the supporting substrate, the screen assembly is mounted on the supporting substrate to be fitted in a prescribed position.
For example, as a related-art technique, there is a technique in which an electric contact is inserted into the through holes of a screen assembly (see Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 05-222359 (1993), for example).
FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the above related-art screen assembly, FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the screen assembly taken along the line A-A of FIG. 9, and FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view of the screen assembly taken along the line B-B of FIG. 9.
The related-art screen assembly 1 comprises a frame 2 and a screen 3.
The frame 2 is a substantially square-shaped frame made of a metal plate, for example.
The frame 2 has four through holes 2a extending vertically. As shown in FIG. 10, the through holes 2a are formed in the frame 2 in such a manner that each of the through holes 2a extends horizontally from a center of the one side to a center of the other side of the frame 2. The four through holes 2a are formed at four corners of the frame 2, and the frame 2 has no through hole at a center of the frame 2. In each of the four through holes 2a of the frame 2, a pair of opposite holes 2a are formed at opposite ends of the one side and at opposite ends of the other side of the frame 2, respectively.
The screen 3 is a frame which extends in the entire length direction of the frame 2 and be359ba680
